Your path to Germany.

You have a completed qualification or work experience, German B1 or above, and you're ready to relocate? Then we'll find the right employer for you.

  • School or vocational qualification

    Work experience improves your chances but isn't required in every sector.

  • German B1 (B2 within reach)

    We start with B1 and support you up to B2 before you begin work — including language courses.

  • Passport & ready to travel

    Once your visa is issued you should be able to relocate to Germany without long delays.

From first contact to first day on the job, we support both sides — you as an employer and our candidates. Clear stages, transparent communication.

    Define the need

    In a 20-minute call we understand your role, requirements and timeline. You get an honest assessment — even if we're not the right fit.

  2. 02

    Candidate proposals

    Within 7–14 days you receive vetted profiles with CV, language certificate, experience and motivation. No mass-mailing.

  3. 03

    Interview & contract

    We schedule video interviews, translate where needed, help with contract drafts and handle conditions like housing and travel.

  4. 04

    Visa & recognition

    We accompany the visa application (§ 16a / § 16d / § 18a AufenthG) and recognition with IHK FOSA, ZAB or the nursing chambers.

  5. 05

    Arrival & integration

    We help with housing, registration, bank account and the first weeks on the team. After 6 months: a follow-up call so the placement truly holds.
